To do this, I start by reflecting on the potential energies symbolized in your natal chart. These energies are so deeply embedded in us that we often aren’t fully conscious of them. Through this process of reflection we begin to recognize our potential and activate it.

We are constantly living out the origin story our natal charts tell. When an astrologist helps name these energies and reflects on their symbolism, we suddenly become aware of patterns we’ve always known, but may have never fully understood. It’s like turning on a light in a room we’ve been in for years.

By naming these energies and making choices about how to express them, we become empowered. We start to work consciously with the planetary potentials, giving us the ability to shape our personal development. We learn to live in deeper alignment with our true nature and values. 

Astrological awareness allows us to move from reaction to response. We become better equipped to pause and respond to life’s challenges thoughtfully, rather than unconsciously reacting to them.
